Mind power is the second strongest power next to the spirit. The thoughts that pass through your mind are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Your predominant thoughts influence the do’s & don’t s of your life. It’s only your mind power that can either make you excel in life or can refrain you. It is the ability of the mind to build mental scenes, objects or events that do not exist.
We all face various challenges each day, at home, at work, at the store and on the street. Many of them are just minor challenges, with which we deal automatically and easily, but some of them require strategy, thinking and mental endurance.
The brain performs complex and intricate operations, far beyond the capabilities of the most advanced computer. Even the most advanced computer, machines, laptops, smart phones are inventions of human brain. Without it, your body cannot function. However, it requires a certain form of energy to make it work.

Our thoughts and our own vision towards each of our own act and of others, play an important role in excelling mind power. Never let any kind of negative thought find a place in your mind. Avoid fretting and worrying, since they keep your mind agitated, leading to lack of attention and not being here and now. Overcoming this habit might not be so easy, but it is possible if you strive to focus on what you are doing. The more you think positive and stop worrying more you will be at peace and happy. - Patience :
Patience is a practice to maintain sharp mind power. - Silence :
It is well said ‘WORK IN SILENCE LET YOUR ECHO SPEAKS’. Don’t waste your energy in speaking or visualizing others acts rather utilize it in your own positive working direction. - Creativity :
Engage yourself in some creativity work . The more you use your own brain rather than of gadgets the more sharp it will be. I remember when there were no mobile phones we use to remember each of our friends ,relatives phone number in our own memories but now a days its all saved in mobile phone book. Don”t be slave at the hands of technology. - Diet :
Diet plays crucial role in memory enhancing and our daily activity routine . Intake of daily 8-10 soaked almonds, 2 soaked walnuts , 20 pieces of soaked Raisins (kishmish) do wonders .It works on the nervous systems and improves the functioning of the brain by increasing its blood flow. - Yogasan :
Paschimottanasana , Halasana , Bhujangasana , Sarvangasana and Vajrasana are yoga poses which sharpen the brain, reduce restlessness and irritability and calm an individual and improve the power of the brain in an immense way. These poses works by triggering the muscles of the brain and increasing its overall power. - Sleep :
Get enough sleep at night, since lack of sleep weakens your focus and attention and leads to being absent minded.
