NATURAL DIET TREATMENT FOR ARTHRITIS
DIET PLAN
Early Morning : Empty stomach
Take 2 potatoes Grate them
Squeeze out 1/2 cup potato juice
Now take 1 cup of warm water add 1/2 cup potato juice
Add 1 tsp. Honey and 1/2 lemon juice. Intake Daily.
Walk for 10 mins, then increase by 5 minutes upto 40 mins as per your pace slowly and gradually on weekly basis.
Application of hot compress and cold compress on affected area 5 times. Each time 1 minute hot compress and 3 minute cold compress (Take a towel ,dip in Hot Water squeeze it apply on affected area for 1 minute ,then dip another towel in cold water squeeze it apply on affected area for 3 mins.)
Breakfast : Stuffed Chapati (Methi/Bathua/ Palak) or Sprouts
11:00 A.M. : Vegetable soup : Drumstick + parwal + Beetroot + tomato
Lunch : Chapati /brown rice + chutney ( garlic + ginger + green chilli + tomato) +
VEGETABLES : Any one from following :
Chenopodium album (Bathua)
Amaranth leaves (Chualai)
Beetroot
Carrot
Radish
Sabut moth dal
Broccoli
Toned Milk Paneer
Methi (Fenugreek)
15 Minutes after lunch : 1 cup brown bottle water.
5:00 P.M. : Fruit chaat : Banana + Chikoo + Pineaaple
7:00 P.M. : Vegetable soup
Dinner : Chapati /brown rice + chutney ( garlic + ginger + green chilli + tomato) +
VEGETABLES : Any one :
Chenopodium album (Bathua)
Amaranth leaves (Chaulai)
Parwal (Pointed guard)
Raw Papaya
Raw Banana
Beetroot
Carrot
Radish
Sabot moth dal (Black Gram Whole)
Broccoli
Toned Milk Paneer
Before sleep : Hot Milk Boiled with Raw Turmeric.
