Stretching is important .

Stretching is the most important and crucial aspect of any workout which most of the people ignore. Any workout whether it’s jogging , Long walk , Running , Playing long or short session of any sport , or any long day work, stretching is a must . After a workout you may not feel the need to stretch but its important. You may just not want to take the time to do it. But there are several potential effects of not taking the time to stretch correctly after exercise. In order to avoid any injury Muscles and tendons need to be stretched properly.
During Workout muscles got teared, tired and become stiff. Its very important now to make them relaxed after workout. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy which is must for every joint mobility. Sometimes we don’t feel need but it’s there. Without stretching we put our muscles and tendons at risk of injury, strain , muscle damage.
Its not only for those who workout or play sports its for everyone. When we sit for longer hours in a day our hamstrings got tightened That make it harder for us to extend our leg or straighten our knee when we stand up and try to walk, it inhibits walking. So its necessary to do stretching at least thrice a week to maintain flexibility and avoid any stress in muscles. However it needs to be kept in mind that there are several stretches which may not be suitable for everyone ;hence one should opt for stretches that are suitable and effective after a good research.
