Pills or Stairs ??

It is well said that a mans health is judged by which he takes two at a time : pills or stairs.

Few months back I read a story in which company asks all his employees to take stairs instead of lift in the company as lift is under maintenance for one week .To the surprise initially it seems very difficult for all but slowly & gradually everyone become habitual. By the sixth day everyone started feeling better . Now the breathlessness they felt on first two days was not there . Their stamina got better , time taken to climb stairs also got lessen . At that time what all realised is the value of stairs. They feel themselves in a better health. Stairs !! Yes Stairs …In our daily busy lives we don’t have time to do walk , exercise ,do any kind of fitness but the places where we work we got many options but the call is ours what we opt for . By lift we can reach in less than 1 minute I guess & by stairs it may take 2 mins . Just 1 min. Can give you healthy life which is much more important than anything . Which is the real earning you can give to your family . Choice is in our hands whether we want to take 2 pills at a time or just 2 stairs anywhere we found . Today set examples for your child so that they live a healthy life. A very little change in your daily life can give you a better life . All these options are free of cost . Try to take stairs atleast till  two floors . You will notice a good change in your well being . It costs nothing but pills cost a lot.
