DETOXIFICATION :

Detoxification is about resting, cleaning and nourishing the body from the inside out. By removing and eliminating toxins, then feeding body with healthy nutrients, detoxifying can help us protect  from disease and renew our ability to maintain optimum health.

 

How does Detoxification work?

Basically, detoxification/detox means cleaning the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren’t properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.

 

A detox program can help the body’s natural cleansing process by:

  • Resting the organs through fasting;
  • Stimulating the lever to drive toxins from the body;
  • Promoting elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin;
  • Improving circulation of blood; and
  • Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

 

How do you start a Detox?

First, lighten up your toxin load. Eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars and saturated fats, all of which act as toxins in the body and are obstacles to your healing process. Another deterrent to good health is stress, which triggers your body to release stress hormones into your system. While these hormones can provide the “adrenaline rush” to win a race or meet a deadline, in large amounts they create toxins and slow down detoxification enzymes in the liver. Yoga , Meditation  are simple and effective ways to relieve stress by resetting your physical and mental reactions to the inevitable stress life will bring.

 

NATURAL DETOXIFICATION :

Detoxification leads to  the purification of the body , when body is purified it gets free from all the diseases and experience new energy .

 

DIET CHART :

  1. Early Morning : 2 glasses water /1 glass lukewarm water +1 lemon (adding 1 tsp. Honey optional)
  2. YOGA : Pure and Fresh oxygen is must for detoxification . Early morning yoga and exercise in a green ,calm ,clean area is must. Yoga for 20 minutes
  3. 20 minutes after yoga 1 glass water.
  4. 30 minutes before breakfast :Empty stomach :Seasonal Fruits – 1 plate
  5. Breakfast if required : Steamed Sprouts + Cucumber + tomato
  6. 11:00 a.m : Salad – quarter plate – Cucumber ,Tomato
  7. 1 hour before lunch : 1 glass water

8.Lunch : Rice + Curd /Simple chapati + steamed vegetables without spices +chutney.

  1. 1 hour after lunch : 1 glass water
  2. Evening : Citrus Fruit juice
  3. 1 hour before dinner : 1 glass water
  4. Dinner : sprouts / Fruits /Simple chapati + steamed seasonal vegetable +cutney (dhaniya +mint +anardana +green chilli +few drops lemon)
  5. A good walk for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Before sleep : 1 glass water.
  7. Before sleeping 10 minutes meditation .Let thoughts come and go in your mind .Sit calmly closing your eyes just relaxing in a smiling face for 10 minutes. Then rub your hands vigorously place it on your eyes .Open your eyes slowly and calmly. Sleep sound without any thoughts leaving all on GOD.
  8. Have faith in your capabilities and Almighty.

 

Note: This diet chart should be followed for regular 7 days .

 

Detoxification basic meaning is to cleanse the body of impurities. Why today we are in need to detox ? Why  Impurities /toxins accumulate in our body ? From where does it come ? They find a place in our lives when we don’t follow Laws Of Nature like:

  1. When we don’t care to breathe fresh pure oxygen early in the morning which Nature is providing free of cost.
  2. When we don’t bother to sleep early and wake early.
  3. When we don’t eat right seasonal diet.
  4. When we overeat and sleep late nights.
  5. When we don’t eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead prefer processed and canned food.
  6. When we always remain stressed and lot many factors.

Detoxification doesn’t mean Fasting or only surviving on juices , water etc. Whatever you intake you must intake a diet which cleanses and give energy to the body. A body having no fat if starts detoxing will find ill-effect on his /her body . So detox should be done very carefully. If we aim of living a happy ,healthy life then no detoxification is required. One should fast for a day in a week to detoxify the system.

 

Restrictions :

  1. Late sleep
  2. Tea , coffee , alcohol , cigarettes, soft drinks, canned and processed juices. Some people are habitual of tea ,coffee .It is noticed that when they stop their regular intake of tea and coffee their headache starts or some other ill effects. For them it is recommended that they should not stop immediately they should instead start taking dip tea initially for 2-3 days and then stop their intake after 3 days. By that time body neutralizes itself with detox diet mentioned.
  3. Fried food ,Junk food
  4. Maida product
  5. Refined sugar
  6. Any kind of stress, tension
  7. Negative thinking

For any fruitful results , Positive Thinking is must. Positive thinking and Happiness are the strongest tools to fight from any challenge. If we pledge that we would be strong and always think positive and always count positive points of others then stress can find no place in our lives which is a big obstacle in healing processes. Only diet , Exercise can’t give 100 % results. If we want to get 100 % results we have to work on each and every aspect of our living. So never loose heart ,noting is too late , don’t give any place to stress and tension in your life rather keep doing you efforts dedicatedly and honestly.
