Hair Pack

Ingredients

  1.   Aloevera : Squeeze aloevera gel from natural aloevera leaf.
  2.  2 Tsp . Honey
  3.  2 tsp. any hair oil.

Blend all these ingredients in mixer. Apply on hair scalp and hair  very gently . Tie your hair lightly with a band. Leave it for 40-45 minutes. Wash the hair with lukewarm water and mild shampoo. Don”t rub hair vigoursly after wash with towel just pat dry. You will find amazing results. Apply this natural pack twice or atleast once a week.


 

Oiling

Boil curry leaves in your hair oil . Gently apply it on hair before wash . Don”t massage roughly. Now cover your hair with hot water squeezed towel for 10 minutes. Wash your hair after 40 minutes.


 

Diet

A nutritious diet is must for healthy and shining hair. Fruits like banana , pomegranate , apple ,orange , kiwi ,strawberries , blueberries proves beneficial for hair health. DO’S & DON’TS
