Summer, though really a great time to be outdoors, is also a time to be extra caring towards your health. And here we show you useful ways to ensure health care in summer.

 

    • Start your day with a little exercise or walk or yoga in fresh air.
    • Drink plenty of water
    • Coconut water , 1 glass milk shake , 1 glass of any seasonal juice would do wonders .
    • Avoid aerated drinks instead have healthy drinks in form of lemon water ,glucose water, electral water .
    • Water melon , Musk melon are richest source of natural mineral water .
    • Don”t ever skip breakfast . A healthy breakfast is must in summers.
    • A quarter plate of healthy green salad and fruits will add cream to the cake.
    • Don” t forget to apply sunscreens while going out in sun.
    • Its important to keep yourself hydrated during summers .
    • Avoid any unseasonal fruits and vegetables.
    • Say no to deep fries and oily food.
    • Avoid consuming too much tea /coffee
    • Prefer less chilled liquids.
    • Take timely meals
    • Wash your hands before eating.
    • Keep your places neat and clean to avoid any kind of infection.
    • Be cautious while taking any outside food which may cause food poisioning.

 

Remedy tip :

1 tsp. of Dhaniya Powder taken with a cup of water is a healthy remedy for any kind of loose motion ,stomach upset in summers.
